leader then to flight leader in the first few months of his tour|
|Capture Mission||On 24 April, 1966 on his 112th Combat Mission, his F-105 was
struck in the engine section by ground fire near Hanoi NVN. The
aircraft caught fire and when it broke in half, Jerry ejected. No
beeper or chute detected|
